It was in April of 2006 that I caught a desire and a drive to buy and sell vintage and antique items.  Prior to that, I worked as a florist.

The first item that I sold on E-bay was an antique pitcher. It was a pretty light blue with a white flower on it.  I was amazed that my first item sold for

over $200.00.  Not long after that sale, I sold a small red and clear plastic Mr. Peanut cup.  It sold for around $60.00.  I was amazed that my attic find was worth money and I was hooked.  I started going to auctions and buying the items that nobody seemed to want.  The boxes of odd and ends had some great, valuable items inside.

My family and friends thought I was a lazy bum, because I decided to be a stay at home mom and sell items on E-bay.  For me, it was freedom to be the mom I enjoyed being and also making money while working from home.  It wasn't long until my family and friends got curious and wanted me to either show them how to E-bay or better yet to E-bay for them.  And, I did.  I was happy to share what I had learned and since then, with thousands of items and pictures later, I am still thrilled at auctions, unexpected treasures and the work at home profitability.

Today, It has been over 18 years of fun! Times have changed and the values of items changes over time, but the love for vintage and antique items remains in my heart.  I love to make old things new again!  I have many pictures to share and stories that go along with them.

If you are into E-bay and selling old treasures online... Happy hunting and blessed sales.
